NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2019 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 23, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-000915 (K) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2, Plaintiff, and KENNY PEAN; VISTA CAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; BERNADETTE SENIOR; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are Defendants.
CINDY STUART, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of October, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 8, VISTA CAY, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGES 93 THROUGH 100, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
