NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, entered August 10, 2021, in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
UNIT 217, ROSEWOOD GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 8, AND AS DESCRIBED BY THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4157, PAGE 402 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on September 14, 2021.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
