Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 19 day of August, 2021, and entered in Case No. 21-CC-002444 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein REFLECTION KEY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ESTATE OF JAMES H. ATKINS (DECEASED), JAMES HOMER ATKINS A/K/A JAMES ATKINS III AND AMBER LEE ATKINS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 17 day of September, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
UNIT 1822, BLDG. 18, PHASE 18, REFLECTION KEY, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Instrument No. 20060000107425 and any amendments thereof; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in Lee County, Florida.
