NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in Civil Action Case No.: 21-000237-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on November 10, 2021, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 5, Building 8, The Villas at Countryside, a Condominium (Phase I), together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 42, Page 41, and in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5031, Page 1311, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
