NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 19, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-000200-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of St. Petersburg, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and Shah St. Petersburg Holdings, LLC is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 15, 2021 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
