NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-000501-CO of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of St. Petersburg, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and Solomon Stephens, Bank of America, N.A., Unknown Person in Possession of the Property is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on September 21, 2021 for the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The North 43 feet of the North 86 feet of Lot 10, less the East 25 feet for street and the North 43 feet of the East 36 feet of Lot 11, Block 2, CHILDS PARK, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 93, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
