NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018 001229 CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OREN DAVID DINKEL, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ODD FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST DATED 12/08/2004 is the Plaintiff and STORAGE 2.0 - 33713, LLC A/K/A STORAGE 2.0 33713 LLC, David M. Smith, Dana Tenaglia, Greg Teele, Smith, Drexel & Klein, LLC, are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM, on September 23, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
