NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 4, 2021 and entered in Case No. 18-003378-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HOLDERS OF THE AAMES MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-4 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES is Plaintiff and MICHAEL PETERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL PETERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE OF DEREK PARLEE; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on September 21, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 54, GREENDALE ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
