NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2018 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 18, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-11617-CI-08 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and GEORGIA THOMAS WOOLUMS, is Defendant.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 23rd day of September, 2021, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 8, AND ALL OF LOT 9, BLOCK 39, JUNGLE TERRACE SECTION ā€œDā€, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 86, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
