NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-004470-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-NC4 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC4, is Plaintiff and NENA DAVIS; WESLEY DAVIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2,, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 30th day of September, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
