NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-006418-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, Plaintiff and Deana Ellen Odorizzi a/k/a Deana E. Odorizzi a/k/a Deana Odorizzi are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 23, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 56 FEET OF LOT 13 AND THE SOUTH 28 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK 2, DRUID PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE(S) 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
