NOTICE OF EVALUATION COMMITTEE MEETING
A special public meeting of the Evaluation Committee of the Babcock Ranch Community Independent Special District (“District”) is scheduled to be held on December 10, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., at The Hive, 42891 Lake Babcock Drive, “Buzz Room”, Punta Gorda, Florida 33982, to evaluate the Design/Build SR 31 Request for Qualification packages received. No official action will be taken at the meeting.
A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager at Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, 561-571-0010 (“District Office”).
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. There may be occasions when one or more Board members or staff will participate by telephone. The meetings may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date, and location stated on the record.

Each person who decides to appeal any action taken at these meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
