Building 2, Condominium Unit 13, THE PALMS OF CORTEZ, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official record Book 2038, Page 5178, and amended by document recorded in Official Record Book 2041, Page 6955, of the Public Records of Manatee County Florida; the current record owner of which is HOWARD R. YOURICK.
Last Known Address: 4802 51st Street West, Unit 13, Building 2, Bradenton, Florida 34210.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, THE PALMS OF CORTEZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Amended Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER MANATEE EDITION.
