NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 2020CA000648AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC F/K/A NEW PENN FINANCIAL, LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and A. ROBERT PINZHOFFER; MARY C. PINZHOFFER; WILD OAK BAY VILLA V OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of February, 2022, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 87B, GARDEN VILLAS AT WILD OAK BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1019, PAGES 275 THROUGH 350, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 151 THROUGH 157, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
