AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO MARTINEZ; AURORA MARTINEZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and TOWN OF DUNDEE, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
