NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff dated the 16th day of November, 2021, entered in Case No.: 2020-CA-002311 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which the Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk. realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 18th day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in the Default Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 107, OF GRANDE RESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGES 42 AND 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 134 Woodpecker Ct., Davenport, FL 33897.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
