NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2021 entered in Civil Case No. 2021-CC-606 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 16 day of December, 2021 at the Collier County Courthouse Annex 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit Week No. 50 in Condominium Parcel 8, of Gulf Pointe, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 959 at Page 1957, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
