Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 17 day of November, 2021, and entered in case No. 21-CC-002462 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SANTA LUZ CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ZULIANA SALERNO, MICHAEL D. SALERNO as Personal Representative of the Estate of Michael A. Salerno, Jr., Deceased, MICHAEL D. SALERNO as an Heir to the Estate of Michael A. Salerno, Jr., Deceased, JOHN PAUL SALERNO as an Heir to the Estate of Michael A. Salerno, Jr. Deceased, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, TRUSTEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL A. SALERNO, JR., DECEASED, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 6 day of JANUARY, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to-wit:
Unit No. 202, Building 4, SANTA LUZ, PHASE II, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the Common Elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Instrument No. 2011000102077, as amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
