NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2021, and entered in 19-007028-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DANITA KOSTA-CATHEY A/K/A DANITA KOSTA CATHEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANITA KOSTA-CATHEY A/K/A DANITA KOSTA CATHEY; CLERK OF THE COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; and STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 21, 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
