NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 24th of March 2021, and entered in Case No. 20-003268-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE FOR PNPMS TRUST, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, GORDON E. KOWALCZYK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GORDON E. KOWALCZYK; ALLISON HOLDEN F/K/A ALLISON J. KOWALCZYK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLISON HOLDEN F/K/A ALLISON J. KOWALCZYK; AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of December 2021, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
