NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 19-003876-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For VRMTG Asset Trust, Plaintiff and Joseph M. Barkiewicz a/k/a Joseph Barkiewicz a/k/a Joseph M. Barkiweicz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 25, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 312, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS NO. II, INC. NO. 3, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 90 AND 91, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3718, PAGE 307 AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 3834, PAGE 408; O.R. BOOK 4293, PAGE 187; O.R. BOOK 6952, PAGE 1078; O.R. BOOK 7257, PAGE 148 AND O.R. BOOK 7000, PAGE 947, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
