NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 1504, CYPRESS TRACE NORTH CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 68, pages 28-37, incl., Book 68, Pages 101-102, Book 70, Pages 32-33, Book 71, Pages 80-81, Book 72, Pages 33-34, Book 73, Pages 48-49, Book 73, Page 68, Book 73, Page 122, Book 74, Page 56, Book 74, Page 91, and Book 75, Pages 73-75; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5510, Page 1765, and any subsequent amendments thereto, and subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, assessments and possible liens, terms and other provisions in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5510, Pages 1765-1807 incl., and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1753 Lake Cypress Drive, Safety Harbor, Florida, 34695.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 6, 2022.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
