NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019CA004205AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE OF BOSCO CREDIT II TRUST SERIES 2010-1, Plaintiff, and, OSORIO, GLORIA V, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 13th day of January, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 17, BLOCK F, CRESCENT LAKES SUBDIVISION, PHASE THREE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 155 AND 156, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
