NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on November 6, 2020 in Civil Case No. 2012CA001270 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and LUZ E SANABRIA, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, ANGELINA M. COLONNESO, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of January, 2022 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
