NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2021 entered by the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in Case No. 21-CA-4852 in which Specialized Property Management Group, LLC is the Plaintiff and QUEST SYSTEMS, LLC, as Successor Trustee under the 8180 Villa Grande Land Trust dated September 12, 2012 is the Defendant.
The Clerk, ANGELINA COLONNESCO, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 13, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 84 of Sonoma Phase I, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page(s) 142 through 158, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
More commonly known as 8180 Villa Grande Court, Sarasota, FL 34243
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of the sale shall be published as provided herein.
