NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2019CA002620AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, LEONORA PEREZ AVALOS, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 18th day of January, 2022, the following described property:
LOT 2, CASA-DEL-LEON SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN RE-PLAT BOOK 44 PAGE 150, 151, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
