NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2021, and entered in Case No. 53-2020-CA-003705 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Charlene Heffington, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Tina Murray, Teresa Heffington, Bobby Ray Heffington, Jr., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the January 4, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
TRACT “A”: THE NORTH 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH 264 FEET OF THE NORTH 692 FEET OF THE SOUTH 3/4 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4, LESS THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 3/4 THEREOF AND LESS THE WEST 30 FEET OF THE REMAINDER FOR PUBLIC ROAD, LYING IN SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
