NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2021CA-000656-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR MANUFACTURED HOUSING CONTRACT SENIOR/SUBORDINATE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATE TRUST 1999-5, Plaintiff, and, CONNIE MCGOLDRICK AKA CONNIE CLARK MCGOLDRICK, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 5th day of January, 2022, the following described property:
THE EAST 124.0 FEET OF WEST 754.0 FEET OF TRACT 19 OF KOSSUTHVILLE FLORIDA FARM UNIT NO. 2, LESS THE NORTH 38.0 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17 ON PAGE 51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
