NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 4, 2021, and entered in Case No. 51-2018-CA-002825-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Quest Systems LLC, a New Mexico Limited Liability Company, as trustee for the 12515 Chenwood Ave Trust, Harry James Ortiz Jr. a/k/a Harry J. Ortiz a/k/a Harry Ortiz a/k/a Harry J. Ortiz Jr a/k/a Harry James Ortiz, Pasco County, Florida Clerk of the Circuit Court, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the 12515 Chenwood Ave Trust, The Verandahs Office Park Property Owner's Association, Inc., Verandahs at Pasco Community Association Inc., are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the December 28, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 261, VERANDAHS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
