YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by the Plaintiff against you seeking to recover possession of personal property, described below, which personal property is located at the 6009 Sea Ranch Drive, Unit 306, Hudson, Florida, 34667:
Unit 306-E, Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club II, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto as recorded in O.R. Book 3300, Page 208, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses if any, to Chad T. Orsatti, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2925 Alternate 19 North, Suite B, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683, on or before January 6, 2022, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
