YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described real property, lying and situated in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Unit 202, Building 52, BIRD BAY V, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1514, Page 478, amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 18, Page 49, and amendments thereto, Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida (the “Property”).
Said property having a street address of 646 E. Bird Bay Drive, Unit 202, Building 52, Venice, FL 34285.
This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Plaintiff's attorney:
