NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2021, and entered in Case No. 21-CA-002054 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as Trustee for SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR5, is Plaintiff and STEVEN HOWARD HILL A/K/A STEVEN H. HILL A/K/A STEVE HILL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN HOWARD HILL A/K/A STEVEN H. HILL A/K/A STEVE HILL, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder or bidders via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of February, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 21 CLAIRE MEL CITY UNIT # 4, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34 ON PAGE 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1340 Waikiki Way, Tampa, Florida 33619
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
