NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 19-CA-008743 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-R12 is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Darwin L. Robart a/k/a Darwin Leroy Robart, Deceased; CRAIG LEROY ROBART; The Independent Savings Plan Company dba ISPC are the Defendants, that Cindy Stuart, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www. hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of January, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, OF WALLER ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT OF 30 FEET WILL HAVE TWO RESTRICTIONS: A 10 MPH SPEED LIMIT AND NO MOTORIZED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED TO USE THE EASEMENT. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1985 SPRI MANUFACTURED HOME WITH VIN# GAFL2AE52344083 & GAFL2BE52344083.
