VRMTG ASSET TRUST (“Plaintiff”) and RODOLFO V. SIMPSON; DEANNE Y. WEST; PALMS OF BEACH PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., (“Defendants”). Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5TH day of JANUARY, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 210, BUILDING 1, OF PALMS OF BEACH PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16654, PAGE 1693, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
