NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 2, 2021 in Case No. 19-CA-005705 in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MASTR ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-WMC1MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-WMC1 (“Plaintiff”) and ANDRES ABELEDO A/K/A ANDRES SANTIAGO ABELEDO; GAIL ABELEDO A/K/A GAIL ANN ABELEDO; BUCKHORN PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC (“Defendants”). Cindy Stuart, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of JANUARY, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, BUCKHORN PRESERVE-PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 91, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
