NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on December 3, 2021 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Cindy Stuart, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of January, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 32, Township 27 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; thence North 88° 39` East, along the North boundary of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 32, a distance of 1331.5 feet; thence South 00° 06` East, along the East boundary of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 32, a distance of 764.0 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence South 87° 55` West, a distance of 401.0 feet; thence South 67° 06` West, a distance of 252.0 feet to the East right-of-way line of Five Acre Road; thence South 00° 06` East, along the East right-of-way of Five Acre Road, a distance of 65.0 feet; thence North 67° 06` East, a distance of 265.9 feet; thence North 87° 55` East, a distance of 388.2 feet to the East boundary of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 32; thence North 00° 06` West, along the East boundary of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 32, a distance of 60.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.
AND the undivided 1/10th interest into Parcel A (Loghouse Road) of PLESS ROAD PLATTED SUBDIVISION - NO IMPROVEMENTS, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 82, page 24, public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
