Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2021, in Case No. 2019-CA- 015306-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which WINTER PARK WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and VICTOR BLAS, and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on January 20, 2022, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
Unit 304, PLACE 436, A CONDOMINIUM, now known as WINTER PARK WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3192, Pages 297 through 357, and as amended, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
