NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2021, and entered in Case No. 48-2021-CA-001133-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Loans Structured Transaction Trust, Series 2018-2, is the Plaintiff and Melanie I Crown, Long Lake Villas Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the December 27, 2021 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
