NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 12th day of November 2021, and entered in Case No: 2019-CA-OO1929-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-28CB, MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-28CB, is the Plaintiff and ESTEBAN OLIVERA; AUDUBON VILLAS AT HUNTER'S CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.: UNK OWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.mvorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 11:00 AM on the 4th day of January 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
