NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated Dec, 2, 2021, in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST, is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JOHN R. TONEY A/K/A JOHN ROBERT TONEY, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BETTY L. SLOAN A/K/A BETTY SLOAN, DECEASED; TERRY WAYNE TONEY A/K/A TERRY W. TONEY; PETER J. TONEY; LORI ANN BUS A/K/A LORI A. BUS; EDDIE JOE LANSFORD A/K/A EDDIE J. LANSFORD; STEPHANIE LYNNE LANSFORD-KAISER F/K/A STEPHANIE L. LANSFORD F/K/A STEPHANIE L. BENNETT; THE CIVIC ASSOCIATION OF IMPERIAL HARBOR, INC. AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendants.
