NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 20-CA-000322 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as trustee for Freddie Mac Securities REMIC Trust, Series 2005-S001, Plaintiff and Douglas J. French a/k/a Douglas French are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 6, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT C-206, OF PALM BEACH LANDINGS, A CONDOMINIUM, FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1909 , PAGES 1561 THROUGH 1630 INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA , TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
