TRACT #20, FROM THE SE CORNER OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, RUN N 89°05'W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 2578.56 FEET; THENCE NORTH 1320.48 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE EAST 660 FEET, SOUTH 330 FEET, WEST 660 FEET, NORTH 330 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING TRACT #20 OF HAPPY BULL FARMS AND LYING IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO A 30 FOOT ROAD EASEMENT ON THE EAST, A 30 FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE WEST AND A 6' UTILITY EASEMENT ON EACH BOUNDARY.
AND THE SOUTH 66' OF TRACT #19; FROM THE SE CORNER OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, RUN N 89°05' W ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 2578.56 FEET; THENCE NORTH 1650.48 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE EAST 660 FEET, SOUTH 330 FEET, WEST 660 FEET, NORTH 330 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BEING TRACT #19 OF HAPPY BULL FARMS AND LYING IN THE SE 1/4 SECTION OF 14, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before January 12, 2022 and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title and for Reformation of Deeds.
