NOTICE OF LIEN PURSUANT TO §713.585, Florida Statutes
H&E EQUIPMENT SERVICES, INC. (“Lienor”) hereby claims a lien for repair labor and/or materials furnished upon the following described personal property owned by MW HORTICULTURE RECYCLING FACILITY, INC., 6250 Thomas Road, Ft. Myers, FL 33912:
DL250-5 Wheel Loader,
serial number CWLBS 010213
The cash sum which, if paid to the Lienor, would be sufficient to redeem the equipment from the lien claimed by Lienor is $5,196.11. The lien is subject to enforcement pursuant to §713.585, F.S., and the equipment will be sold to satisfy the lien on the following date, time, and location:

The owner of the equipment or any person claiming an interest in or lien thereon has a right to a hearing at any time prior to the scheduled date of sale by filing a demand for hearing with the clerk of the circuit court in the county in which the equipment is held and mailing copies of the demand for hearing to all other owners and lienors as reflected on this Notice.
The owner of the equipment has a right to recover possession of the equipment without instituting judicial proceedings by posting bond in accordance with the provisions of §559.917, F.S.
Any proceeds from the sale of the equipment remaining after payment of the amount claimed to be due and owing to the lienor herein will be deposited with the clerk of the circuit court for disposition upon court order pursuant to subsection §713.585(8), F.S.
