NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 2, 2021 in Civil Case No. 20-CA-001607 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC is Plaintiff and THOMAS GRIFFITHS, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of January 2022 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
ALL that certain land situate in Lee County, Florida, viz:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 3573, Unit 47, Part 1, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 5 to 11, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
