NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2021 entered by the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in Case No. 21-8887-CO in which Specialized Property Management Group, LLC is the Plaintiff and QUEST SYSTEMS, LLC, as Trustee of the Pinellas Quest Land Trust is the Defendant.
The Clerk, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 6, 2022 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT No. B of Building 2924 of Eastwood Shores Condominium No. 2, According to the Declaration of Condominium Thereof Dated 9/24/79 and Recorded 10/3/79 under Clerk's File No. 79168394 in O.R. Book 4922, on Page 832 and the Plat thereof in Condominium Plat Book 37, Page 27, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto
More commonly known as 2924 Lichen Lane, Unit B, Clearwater, FL 33760
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of the sale shall be published as provided herein.
