NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order on Respondent's Motion to reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated November 23, 2021 and entered in Case No. 21-002154-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where City of Largo, is the Plaintiff and Marielena L. Bermudez Caraballo, KC Construction & Maint a/k/a KC Construction & Maintenance Inc., HSBC Finance Corporation as successor in interest to Beneficial Florida, Inc. is/are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on December 28, 2021 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
