NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2021, entered in Civil Case No.: 20-001044-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and VINCENT CAPOGNA; AMY LYNN CAPOGNA, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 25th day of January, 2022, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, OF GLENWOOD ESTATES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN MAP BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
