THE ESTATE OF JANET E. MARRAFFA, deceased and the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against JANET MARRAFFA, deceased; and ADAM E. JOHNSON,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a condominium lien on real property in Pinellas County, Florida, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to PETER D. GRAHAM, ESQ. of ZACUR & GRAHAM, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney whose address is 5200 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg, Florida 33707, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. Any persons with a disability requiring reasonable accommodations should call (352) 754-4201 (V/T.D.), no later than two (2) days prior to any proceeding.
The property proceeded against is described as follows:
Unit D-338, of PENTHOUSE GREENS CONDOMINIUM D-E, a condominium, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 96 through 99, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3952, Pages 183 through 249, inclusive, as amended, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
