Final Judgment was awarded on November 1, 2021 in Civil Case No. 20-000413-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST F is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF LEONARD L. BARGA A/K/A LEONARD LEE BARGA, DECEASED; DEXTER CURTIS BARGA; ROBERT BARGA; MICHAEL BARGA; BRUCE BARGA; WILLIAM BARGA; DANIEL BARGA; JULIAN BARGA; SAMANTHA BARGA; KATLYN BARGA; C.V., A MINOR IN THE CARE OF HIS SISTER, KATLYN BARGA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
