NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 3, 2021 in Civil Case No. 19-007078-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY AS SUCCESSOR TO THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB3 is the Plaintiff, and ANGELA JONES; SHAWN JONES; VITI LEVE, LLC, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE 6429 5TH AVE NORTH TRUST WITH FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE 6429 5TH AVE NORTH TRUST; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 4, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14 AND THE EAST ½ OF LOT 15, BLOCK 17, EAGLE CREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 6 TO 9 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
